Outreach  Presentations
We are proud to offer you the opportunity of hosting an educational wildlife presentation at your school, for your Students and Teachers.

The Outreach Program is available September until May and is designed to take a place in a school gymnasium for all of the students.

Accompanying our Keepers as they take you an 'Educational Adventure' are some of the 'socialized' and hand-raised animals of Papanack Park Zoo. Our entertaining presentations take place in the school gymnasium and are approximately one hour in duration. 

We can work with or without a stage and can host 200-300 students per session. This year we will be 'on tour' with North American mammals: young coyotes, foxes, ferrets as well as Cleo - 14ft Burmese Python.

The available dates for this season are limited and we urge booking as soon as possible to avoid disappointment. Please check packages that we offer.

Please note - The Outreach Program is not available during June, July, August and is on first come first served basis.

We offer four different Outreach Programs to suit the needs of every school. Our presentations are offered in both English and French, and take place in the school gymnasium.

Outreach Program # 1

  • One x  45 minute Presentation

  • One x  15 minute  Q & A Session.

  • $275.00 minimum fee or $1.00 per person (which ever is greater).

Outreach Program # 2

  • Two x  45 minute Presentations

  • Two x  15 minute  Q & A Sessions, both in either the a.m. or the p.m. (Max 15 minute break between presentations)

  • $400.00 minimum fee or $1.00 per person (which ever is greater).

Outreach Program # 3

  • Three x  45 minute Presentations

  • Three x  15 minute  Q & A Sessions, in the a.m. and/or the p.m. (A break between presentations)

  • $650.00 minimum fee or $1.00 per person (which ever is greater).

Outreach Program # 4

  • Four x  45 minute Presentations

  • Four x  15 minute  Q & A Sessions, in the a.m. and/or the p.m. (A break between presentations)

  • $800.00 minimum fee or $1.00 per person (which ever is greater).

For larger schools we can offer 2-day programs.
